Please note that the Rongta RP421A does not include a roll of thermal paper. You will need to purchase compatible thermal paper separately. Additionally, ensure labels are correctly loaded with the tearable side facing up, and use 'thermal labels' rather than normal labels. If the printer keeps printing blank labels and fails to detect them, you can try turning off the printer, pressing and holding the button, and restarting it until it beeps 3 times to recalibrate the label.
